Your children come first at Ysgubor Fach. Staff are chosen for their proven experience, qualifications, enthusiasm, dedication, and a genuine love for the children. The staff at Ysgubor Fach take great pride in offering the best service that they can to the children - whether it is planning a challenging activity for the children, to giving a tired child a story and cuddle, we accommodate to the needs of the child.
Mae eich plant yn dod yng ngyntaf yn Ysgubor Fach. Mae'r staff yn cael eu ddewis am eu profiad, cymwysterau, brwdfrydedd, ymroddiad, a chariad gwirioneddol at y plant. Mae'r staff yn Ysgubor Fach yn ymfalchïo'n fawr wrth gynnig y gwasanaeth gorau y gallant i'r plant - boed yn cynllunio gweithgaredd heriol i'r plant, i roi stori a chwtsh i blentyn blinedig, rydym yn lletya ar gyfer anghenion bob plentyn.
We are a small nursery and all the staff know the children well - this allows them to understand the needs of your child. The staff will provide you with a daily reports and will complete developmental reports for your child.
Rydym yn meithrinfa bach ac mae'r staff i gyd yn gwybod y plant yn dda - mae hyn yn eu alliogi i ddeall anghenion eich plentyn. Fe fydd y staff yn darpari adroddiad dyddiol ac hefyd bydden yn gwneud assessiadau priodol am datblygiad eich plentyn.
All nursery staff are qualified to, or working towards NVQ 3 in Childcare and education, or have a NNEB certificate. All staff are fully DBS checked. All our staff are trained in paediatric first aid, they have completed the safeguard training, and food hygiene. We update training regularly, including First Aid, child protection, safeguarding, learning through play, behaviour management and food hygiene.
Mae pob aelod o staff gyda cymhwyster, neu gweithio tuag at cymhwyster Gofal plant Lefel 3. Mae'r staff i gyd wedi eu gwirio trwy system DBS. Mae ein tim cyfan wedi hyfforddi yn cymorth cyntaf pediatrig, bwyd a hylendid, diogelu plant a rheoli ymddygiad. Rydym yn diweddaru ein hyfforddiant yn rheolaidd.
